Can I adjust my booking time?
As most bookings are made well in advance, and as we often perform at more than one event per day, it is advisable to have your times firmly set before making your booking. However, if you are able to give 6 weeks notice, we should be able to change the time of your booking. Please note that if you change your times less than 6 weeks before your event, it may be difficult for us to accommodate you due to other engagements on the same day.We have a special piece of music that is not in your play list. Can you perform it at our function?
We are very happy to cater for your special requests. There may be a charge for music transcription in some cases.

Will we meet with you before the event?
We offer a 1 hour in person consultation (our premises, free of charge) to help you select and coordinate your event. It is also possible (and quite common) to organise your event by:

When do we have to pay?
A non-refundable fee of $100 is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due two weeks before your event.How much does it cost for a wedding ceremony?

How long do I need to book for?
Our minimum booking time is 1 hour, which is usually sufficient for a wedding ceremony.If you think you may need more than this, then please contact us to discuss your requirements.
